Best Bakery Lunch in Amsterdam
Bakkerij Solinger's sourdough focaccia with olives is a real lunch, not an afterthought, and De Bakkerswinkel built an entire breakfast-and-brunch institution around scones and quiche rather than a quick pastry stop. Fort Negen and Saint-Jean both run proper sandwich counters alongside their bread program — this isn't a bakery serving one token savory item to round out the case.
