Best Bakeries in Amsterdam Noord
Noord is the one district you reach by ferry, and its bakeries lean into that — this isn't a polished café strip, it's working production space. Kometen Brood started as a Corona-era home-baking hobby and is now a full open bakery on the NDSM wharf; Bakkerij Solinger runs an organic sourdough operation inside the NDSM Kunststad with its own named baker and named flour supplier. Expect to watch the bakers actually work, not just order at a counter, and a younger, more industrial-feeling scene than the canal belt.
